Upload your waste collection permit

3 stepsAbout 4 minutesOwner, admin or site manager of a haulier org

Nobody can dispatch to you until your NWCPO waste collection permit is verified. An operator checks it against the public register. Upload it early, and renew before the reminders run out.
1

Open the permits register

Permits lists what you hold, each with its verification status and expiry. Upload permit A sits in the header.
The permits register: status, dates, and the renewal reminders promise.
2

Upload the permit

Permit number (the NWCPO shape, e.g. NWCPO-09-08226-02), valid-from, expiry, and the document itself. An operator verifies it against the public register before you can be assigned loads.

Renew ahead of the clock

Expiry reminders arrive at 30, 7 and 1 days. Upload the renewal while the current permit still runs. Verification takes real time, and an expired permit stops dispatch to you immediately.
